If an item is out of stock, needs to be reordered, or there has been a price increase, we contact you via email or telephone regarding the new retail price and do not ship item unless you agree. In cases where the new retail price far exceeds original price listed, especially in the case of precious metals, we offer a fair retail price, then update our site accordingly.
